A Journey Sparked By Grief
Losing our first dog, Max, was heartbreaking and made us question everything about his health, especially what we had been feeding him. Our journey started with a simple promise: to give Cola, our new rescue, the healthiest & happiest life possible. That promise turned into something bigger—a mission to change the way we feed our dogs.
A Heartbreaking Diagnosis
Max, our first dog, brought endless love into our lives. In October 2018, his health suddenly declined. Diagnosed with DCM, his vet gave us heartbreaking news: 3 to 6 months left.

Saying Goodbye to Max
Max passed away just three weeks after his diagnosis. His loss was devastating. Cola, who joined us months earlier, became our focus, inspiring us to protect his health at all costs.

We discovered the FDA linked Max’s food to DCM. Shocked and determined, we dove into dog nutrition research. Cola deserved better, and we set out to find real solutions.
